We'll baseline your satisfaction with various components of your life and identify areas of focus (Example: very satisfied with career but low satisfaction on relationships and health)
We'll create goals you want to achieve during our program
During our sessions, we discuss topics that are top of mind for you and check in on the progress of your goals
The program is every other week for three or six months which enables time for you to learn new concepts, create healthy habits and make progress
We meet for an hour over video conference so it's easy to slot into your day just like another meeting (except this one is focused on YOU!)
